Vanilla Pear Powerhouse Protein Smoothie



Start your day with this Powerhouse Vegan Protein Smoothie!


🍐 PEARS are in season and are a powerhouse food! They are packed with fiber, vitamins and beneficial compounds like flavonoid and polyphenol antioxidants and potassium.


🍐 PROTEIN Add you favorite vegan vanilla protein (mine is Arbonne!) and you’re adding up to 20g of protein!


🍐 CINNAMON not only tastes yummy, but is loaded with antioxidants, helps regulate blood sugar and has anti-inflammatory properties!



INGREDIENTS:


8 OZ. Water/Almond Milk/Coconut Milk/Oat Milk

2 Scoops Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder

1 Organic Pear Cubed (*I love Anjou, but experiment and find your favorite)

Dash of Cinnamon

1/2 cup Ice


DIRECTIONS:


Place ingredients in blender and blend! 🍐


*TIPS: You can cut, cube and freeze pear in advance to make for easy prep.
